    ASPA    ANNUAL
    CONFERENCE   2024

    August 19-21, 2024

    ULAANBAATAR, MONGOLIA

Welcome message

Welcome to the 27th Annual Conference of the Asian Science Park Association (ASPA). This year, the conference is hosted by the National Information Technology Park (NITP) of Mongolia and the Science Park of Mongolia. We are excited to bring together innovators, leaders, and experts from around the world to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, from August 19-21, 2024. With the theme "Role and Impact of Science Technology Parks for Regional Development," the conference aims to delve into the crucial role of science and technology parks in fostering regional growth and development. We eagerly anticipate your participation in this landmark event, where you will engage with industry leaders, share insights, and discover the rich cultural heritage of Mongolia.

Mongolia offers a unique testing ground for new technologies, with a small yet vibrant domestic market that fully embraces technology. Ulaanbaatar, the coldest capital city in the world, experiences extreme temperatures from -40°C in winter to +40°C in summer, providing exceptional conditions for testing embedded systems in harsh climates. The young and adaptable population offers fertile ground for experimenting with new technologies, customer behavior, and marketing strategies. The country's relatively fewer regulatory burdens and ample space for innovation make it an attractive place for testing and launching new ventures.
